The General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church Of God has busted the social media with a love letter to his wife as she celebrated her birthday amidst several remarkable achievements within the retro of 75 years on the land of the living.
In a letter of heartfelt appreciation to his wife, Pastor E. A. Adeboye wrote on Facebook,
“My Darling,
As we celebrate this momentous day, marking your 75th birthday, I want to express my deepest love and admiration for you. Throughout the years, you have been the pillar of our family, a source of strength and inspiration, and my most cherished companion.
Our shared journey has been adorned with happiness, laughter, and the occasional hurdle. Yet, amidst it all, your unwavering love and support have illuminated my path. Your wisdom, grace, and kindness have touched the lives of those around us, and I am forever grateful to have you by my side.
As we reminisce on the beautiful memories we have woven together, I am reminded of the countless moments that have defined our love. From the simple joys of everyday life to the grand adventures we have embarked upon, each experience has been enriched by our togetherness.
Today, as we honor your remarkable 75th birthday, I want to celebrate the incredible person you are. Your selflessness, compassion, and generosity serve as an inspiration to us all. Your love knows no bounds, and your unwavering dedication to our family has been awe-inspiring.

Meanwhile, 13th July 2023 marked the 75th birthday of Pastor Mrs. Folu Adeboye, the wife of Pastor E. A. Adeboye, the General Overseer.
Popularly called Mummy G.O., Pastor Mrs. Folu Adeboye was celebrated by many organizations and church leaders. Some of her well-wishers include Pastor Jerry Uchechukwu Eze of Streams of Joy International, Winners Chapel International, RCCG Youth and Young Adult, and her husband Pastor E.A. Adeboye were among many great men who made her day memorable.
Sequel to her birthday, Open Heavens International Center in collaboration with Pastor E. A. Adeboye, posted 75 amazing facts about MGO. The post which went on Facebook received about 1000 likes, 223 comments, and 119 shares. Another act of recognition, was the prayer walk facilitated by Dove Television “to honor the 75th birthday of Pastor (Mrs.) Folu Adeboye, our mother-in-Israel.” A RCCG special service was also conducted to celebrate her.
Pastor Mrs Folu Adeboye was born on 13 July 1948, in Ijesha, Osun state, Nigeria.
She had her education at Benson Idahosa University, Edo State, and also at the University of Lagos. She got married to Enoch Adeboye on December 17, 1967, and they are blessed with two children, Leke Adeboye and Adeolu Adeboye.
